Association Owner FAQ

Your Association office is located within the Origin at Seahaven building in  unit 419, directly across from the pool.

Association payments are paid monthly and may be sent in the following ways:

  • Lockbox (preferred)- upon registration with the Association, members are provided a coupon booklet.  Each coupon corresponds to each months assessment.  Sending payment via check along with the coupon slip to the address provided ensures a direct payment to the bank.
  • Paylease – by clicking Owners | Make payment members are taken to the online payment processor.  Registration is required upon first use and is as easy as matching the email address on file with the unit number.  Payment can be made one time or can be automated.
  • Post mail – members may send check made out to Origin at Seahaven, 15100 Front Beach RD #419, Panama City Beach, FL 32413
  • Hand delivery

All records of the Association are kept on a secure cloud server.  Owners must log into their portal first.  Then navigate to “Documents”. 

Reservation Packet FAQ

No.  In order to maintain the daily functions of the association office, reservation packets must be purchased online and scheduled for pickup.  We have built a robust ecommerce platform well suited to this purpose.  It operates the same as your typical online shopping store and is optimized for mobile phones.

Please do not visit the Association office intending to make a purchase.  

Yes, please pre-order the amount you believe you will use.  We suggest a quarter at a time but you may purchase for the entire year. 

Each packet is specific to each arrival so you may purchase in advance for all the reservations you expect to have in the coming year.  Unused packets may be exchanged for 2020 should you have extras.

Your guests no longer need to check in at the front desk.  Each packet will contain all the necessary credentials for the stay.  The parking passes will be pre-coded to your unit.  The only remaining detail which will be required on each pass is the date of checkout which must be entered by you or your guest on both sides of the pass.

Each packet comes with the number of bands and passes pursuant to the wristband and parking pass policy which adheres to the Florida Fire Prevention Code for occupancy limits.

The wristbands have been upgraded to a cloth style with locking clasp, yet they are still disposable.  Each guest arrival will require a new packet as each arrival will require a new parking pass.  Only 1 (one) garage pass comes with each packet.

Your guest may request their packet from the front desk who will communicate the arrival to security.  Security will issue the packet to your guest and validate the credentials for the length of stay.
